Guest Services Officer

Job Duties:
• Process all check-in and check-out procedures in an effective and efficient way
• Provide high quality services and various information to guests
• Handle guests’ enquires effectively and efficiently

• Degree / Diploma holder or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related discipline
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Shift duty is required
• Able to work for long overnight shift is highly preferable
• Applicants with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Guest Services Officer
